Learning Design “Request Help” Form
For assistance with online course issues such as “my grades are not synching” or “there is a link in my course that does not work,” complete the Request Help with Course form located within your course(s): Content > Instructor Resources > Request Help with Course. Someone from Learning Design will reach out and assist you.

Department of Information Technology
If you need immediate technology assistance with your computer, email services, network, portal, software, printer or any classroom technology, contact DoIT at (352) 588-8888 or put in a help ticket at the Saint Leo Technology Help Desk. On the CTLE website, there is a one stop shop page dedicated to Course Materials at Saint Leo. Here you will find a PowerPoint presentation titled “Navigating Course Materials”. This PPT includes tips for trouble shooting course materials, publisher integrations, and issues related to the Follett bookstore. The page also includes information on course materials list, request a desktop copy and more.
Student Success

Counseling and Prevention Services
The Saint Leo Counseling department offers free mental health counseling to any students. They can contact the counseling department at (352) 588-TALK or email them at counseling@saintleo.edu.
The Center for Academic VIsion & Excellence (The CAVE)
The CAVE offers students many academic resources such as tutoring, paper reviews and supplemental instruction. Encourage your students to visit the CAVE on the first floor of Kirk Hall.
Student Financial Services

Accessibility Services
The Office of Accessibility Services provides students with disabilities supportive services and information to help them be successful at Saint Leo. You can contact them at (352) 588-8464 or email at ADAOffice@saintleo.edu. Faculty members can review accommodations requests for classes they are teaching via their faculty profile.
Career Services
Career Services offers students many resources to assist them in their career development path. The Career Services team can be found in SAB, Suite 203 on the University Campus in St. Leo, FL. Their phone number is (352) 588-8346 and our email is careerservices@saintleo.edu.
Health Center
