  1. Install Zoom: Download, install, and access the Zoom Workplace Client application. View instructions »

  3. Training: Review recordings and how-to guides in the Zoom Phone & Contact Center resource folder. Access guides »

  4. Personalize Settings: Set up and personalize your Zoom Phone settings, including call handling and voicemail. 

  5. Mobile App (Optional): Download the Zoom Phone Mobile Apps at www.zoom.us/download.

1. Log into OKTA First!

3. Enter the Zoom Events Lobby and Choose Your Itinerary

4. Joint “Opening Remarks” Session at 8:30 AM
