In addition to face-to-face, blended, and online courses, Saint Leo University offers synchronous class meetings using two videoconferencing platforms.

The Video Teaching and Teleconferencing (VTT) modality provides a shared classroom experience by connecting faculty and students across multiple campuses. Many of our locations offer VTT courses that afford students the opportunity to utilize their home campus resources and facilities, while videoconferencing into a course being taught at another campus.

For faculty and students who want the experience of a synchronous class but are not able to be present at one of our physical locations, we offer a number of courses delivered via the Internet Connected Classroom (ICC) modality. ICC courses are hosted using Zoom, the University’s web-conferencing platform. Course meeting times are scheduled the same as on-ground classes, but students and faculty work remotely and join together via Zoom.
