The Mindshare Marketplace isn’t your typical CTLE event. We go beyond information sharing. Here, you’ll collaborate with your colleagues, make connections, and participate in a community dedicated to continuous growth in topics of your choice. There’s no conference program, agenda or “presenters.” No call for proposals. Session topics will be determined by participant interest. The goals of an unconference include:
- Giving voice to varied topics and perspectives
- Facilitating collegial learning and interactions
- Empowering participation
- Collaboratively solving problems or challenges facing a profession.

One way to think about an Unconference is:
“The sum of the expertise of the people in the audience is greater than the sum of the expertise of the people on stage.”
Dave Winer, The Geeks Guide to Unconferences.
