Grateful, Thankful, and Blessed!

What a wild ride this year has been! We’re living through unusual and trying times, and the pandemic has interrupted global life at work and our homes in numerous ways. It has people feeling disconnected, frightened, and even uncertain about their jobs and future. Yet, when we’re uncertain about the present and future, giving thanks can be beneficial. That’s why it’s more important than ever to focus on gratitude. While we can impact others directly, we can significantly enhance our own well-being by articulating gratitude in written or spoken form.

Taking the time to thank others is vital to curve loneliness, amp up social connections, and generate generosity. Therefore, we, in the CTLE, want to thank you! We know this year has been rough. Your dedication is noticed and matters. We wish you all the best as we move into the holiday season.

“Thankfulness is the beginning of gratitude. Gratitude is the completion of thankfulness. Thankfulness may consist merely of words. Gratitude is shown in acts.” Henri Frederic Amiel
