Summer Support Sessions with CTLE

For those faculty members that are teaching Summer courses, we are offering several live sessions on topics to help you get your course ready for the semester


Topic: 
Using Content from the Emergency Module in their course 
Description:  Come learn how to use the Emergency module content that has been added to your D2L course.   We will go over how to unhide the content, how to activate the assignments, quizzes and discussions and connect them to your gradebook.    

Register online for one of the dates and times: 

•  Monday, April 27th, 3:00- 3:30 p.m.
•  Friday, May 1st, 10:00 – 10:30 a.m.
•  Monday, May 4th, 7:30 – 8:00 p.m.


Topic: 
Planning a New Module 
Description:  This session presents the fundamentals of outlining and organizing an effective module for online classes.  

Register online for one of the dates and times:

•  Wednesday, April 29, 2:00 – 2:30 p.m. 
•  Tuesday, May 5, 5:30 – 6:00 p.m.


Topic: 
D2L Gradebook Basics 
Description:  In this session learn more about grading in D2L. We will cover the basics of how to set up a Grade Book, how to enter grades, add or delete items or categories, and how to connect assignments and discussions. 

Register online for one of the dates and times:

•  Monday, April 27th, 9:00 – 9:30 a.m.
•  Thursday, April 30th, 5:30 – 6:00 p.m.
