Everybody needs some WTT (Walk-and-Talk Time)!

During the holidays, did you make a decision to get more exercise? Do you often sit at your desk for long periods of time without taking a break or stretching your legs? Recent research indicates that those who sit for extended periods of time are at increased risk for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar, cardiovascular disease and cancer. So, let’s get up and walk! Join your colleagues for a 10-minute stroll during Walk and Talk for Wellness any Tuesday or Wednesday at 9:00 am or 1:00 pm. Enjoy some conversation, renew your energy, and sharpen your mind before you jump back into that next task!
