I know about the phrase that "all knowledge is useful," but I was not expecting such an informative and graphic modern-day parallel of Congoese cannibalism today after my Wednesday classes, and an appetizing dinner of quesadillas. It's just the thing I like to read in my inbox next to my mom's questioning email of "What are you reading in class?" I am not usually easily surprised, but I guess one never knows what to expect in an email from our professor! :) LOL. In any case, I think that, with all of these rampant references to cannibalism roaming around, I am not going to use the phrase of "Bacon Bits" for our next assignment because that might imply an entirely different meaning!
