I do not think that he would like our present day American government. Everything that he talks about seperates ethics from politics. One does what is needed to maintain power. Many of our policies in america are tied to ethics such as policies against cruelty to animals. Being nice to animals doesn't help the government in stead this law is in place because we as americans feel that it is ethically wrong to abuse animals.
