I agree with Katie. As much as I am an advocate for the fine arts, I do not see them as a true science. I do believe that there is a science to these arts and it challenges your mind and abilities as any other actual science would. I do also believe that fine arts should be more than an elective in schools and have more importance, but I do not believe that they hold the same value as biology, chemistry or physics.
