In the Illiad we get the impression that Achilles is an undefeatable warrior. But I think that in the end he is very weak. When Agamemnon takes Achilles' prized girl away, he goes to the beach and cries. He is content when his mother comes and tells him that she will fix things for him. I see this as a weakness because he cannot resolve things on his own. He uses his connections with the gods to get his way.
