While it is true that time should have aged Helen to make her lose her beauty, consider the posibility that her title of the most beautiful woman came from her personality as well as her outer beauty. Furthermore, in one of the stories about Helen I believe it was said that she won a beauty contest between Hera, Diane, and Athena. Upon winning the contest, she recieved a golden apple. Maybe as long as she had that apple, she would retain her beauty.
