Instructions for Dec. 2:
Research the Athenian archeological site and gather pictures and text from the Internet. You will be building a single web page, featuring images and explanatory text, on the honors server as a joint project with another student. The textual material will have to be compiled and rewritten to avoid plagiarism; facts will be linked from the page to the appropriate web site. Have materials ready to go on Thursday.
Research the movie topic while on break. Photocopy materials from local libraries and printout materials from the Internet on the subject. Think about a possible approach to turning this into a video. You will need to schedule a brainstorming session with your team as soon as you return to school. Each team needs to arrange to procure a camera from the library or from another team. I don't think the library supplies film. Moreover, there are other classes that will try to reserve the cameras; so act quickly and intelligently. Let's have fun with this!
