Kevin
M. Kieffer is currently an associate professor and chair of the Psychology Department at Saint Leo University in Saint Leo,
Florida. Kevin received
his Ph.D. from the Counseling Psychology Program at Texas A&M
University in August, 2000. Prior to that degree, he received
a M.S. degree in Community Counseling from the University of
Southern Mississippi in 1996, and a B.S. degree in Psychology
from Indiana University in 1994. His current research interests
include statistical and research methods, personality assessment
and modeling, geropsychological and neuropsychological assessment,
aspects of the therapeutic alliance, and psychological instrument
development and validation. He is a member of a number of professional
organizations, and regularly presents his papers at national,
regional and state conferences. Kevin currently lives in Lutz,
Florida with his significant other Kathryn and his adorable
cat, Brianna. In his free time he enjoys myriad activities including
golf, tennis, hiking, camping, motorcycling, mountain biking,
fishing, and pleasure reading.
