COM 140: Basic Computer Skills - Section CA11

Description:

An introduction to computer applications including basic computer concepts and terminology. Students gain hands-on experience in using the operating system and word processing, spreadsheet, presentation management, and database management software. All students are required to take this course if they cannot demonstrate proficiency by passing the Computer Skills Exam or by having taken a suitable substitute at another regionally accredited higher education institution.

MBA 550: Decision Support Systems - Section MB01

Description:

This course considers the study of decision science and its application in the business environment through the use of computers. This course is designed to provide the student with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to understand and use computerized decision support methodology in support of business requirements. The student will use commercial software packages in the laboratory to develop and use graphical and numerical outputs in business presentations for enhanced decision making.
